It is interesting, but one of those things I take for granted. Most of the houses in downtown Madison are almost 200 years old, so all my neighbors live in old houses, too. And my friends. But it is neat thinking about the lives that must have been lived in this space.

I don’t think I’ve ever been in a house in the US that was more than 100 years old.
