Thanks, Sara. I've been a big fan of habit stacking in the past--just building one positive habit on top of another to make it all easier. But, I don't know, maybe I just need to be more gentle with myself as I get older. I want to feel less like I'm always acting as my own taskmaster, cracking an endless whip. I'm too exhausted for that. I do still have energy to water seeds or not.

It’s a good one. Really leaning into it the last few days and he might be right about how powerful it is as a practice.
